"Kassie lied to me about an online bill not going through then double charged me. And now I have to wait till they talk to corporate to make sure I’m “up to date” on payments. And ignored me when I asked if I could have the money they over charged me back. I literally have the receipts and bank statements. I usually never have issues but the girl I normally talk to was out of the office so here I am. So I’ve paid just under $1000 for one car in a week and they have to check if that’s sufficient. Will definitely be looking for other insurance options. Update: got off the phone just now and basically me being overcharged is my fault because I used two different cards. No attempts to try to make this right just blamed the customer. Can barely afford groceries and my State Farm “neighbors” made things so much worse for me this month. Literally in tears. Update 2: called back a 3rd time. Finally got offered a refund."
